(SRA) and Monte-Carlo simulations that model the probability of different outcomes.

Design Management

ATEC’s seasoned Design Managers bring a unique blend of consultant and contractor experience, that allows clients to select the most appropriate resource, based on their specific needs. We prepare design engineering RFTs and scopes, then evaluate and select the most appropriate commercial model. During tender phase, our technical
experts apply their knowledge to deliver a fully optimised, fit for purpose solution.

Cost Planning / Estimating

Our reputable pedigree of estimators have an eye for detail, meaning that your project is in safe hands. With decades of major project experience, we work with your team and other SMEs to develop a budget, cost plan or estimate to suit your specific needs. We provide lead estimators and discipline-specific estimators, working with Candy, CATS or Genesis (formerly Expert) estimating software packages.
